My first bike.......

I finally broke down and purchase my first motorcycle.  Took a trip do Honda Motorsport in Marysville, Ohio to see if they could get me into a used bike.  I went home with a 2004 Honda Shadow Aero.  It was a nice little bike with all of the basic accessories (bags, sissy bar, windshield, highway bars, and heated hand grips).  My brother drove it home the first half do to the fact I old had my permit and could not legally drive on the highway.  Besides, I was still a little rusty and it was a new bike.  So when I tool over the second half I got a big surprise.  The bike was quite a bit heavier and took more work then the first bike I learned on.  Also had to learn the clutch timing all over again.  Fourty-five minutes after getting my brand new used bike I have a little spill on a back road.  Luckily it was only at about 2 mph and the crash bars saved me from any damage.  It scared me and made me very angry at the same time.  I grabbed the bike up and went on my way.  Made it home safe and sound.
